By using HF Systems / BluSky Wireless Internet you agree to the following. HF Systems / BluSky Wireless will provide paying customers access to its wireless network and internet gateways, only through HF Systems / BluSky Wireless authorized equipment installed by an HF Systems / BluSky Wireless authorized professional. Installation fees are non-refundable. You agree if HF Systems / BluSky Wireless determine, at any time, that traffic to or from your service location are impeding on the network, it is HF Systems / BluSky Wireless sole discretion to terminate service, either temporarily or permanently. Upon termination of service with HF Systems, you agree to return equipment or arrange for the equipment to be recovered by HF Systems / BluSky Wireless within 7 days from the day of termination. If the equipment is not returned within 7 days, or arrangements have not been made within the 7 days, you agree to pay $249 per each radio, and an additional $110 per Antenna or Dish not recovered by HF Systems / BluSky Wireless. Monthly service fees are due for the current month. Any payments received after the first of the current month, are considered late. If a refund is necessary on payments made on multiple months, the customer must submit a request with their name, address, phone number, reason for refund request and the months requested for. All refunds will be distributed by a company check via U.S. Mail.
You understand and agree that all Torrent download programs, (including but not limited to: Bit Torrent, Azureus, and uTorrent), are strictly forbidden, and can lead to an immediate disconnection of service. Non-Torrent based download programs are acceptable, however whether the content being downloaded is legal or not is the customers responsibility. You understand and agree if the network monitor indicates that you may have a virus, your service may be disconnected, with or without prior notice, until it is determined safe to reactivate. If you feel that you have a virus, you may download AVG anti-virus for free from free.avg.com. If you are unable to remove the virus yourself and would like support, you may call 937.558.5678 for service of your computer for an additional fee. You understand and agree that HF Systems / BluSky Wireless are not responsible for traffic content. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email or phone.
